Kimberly A. Slaven-Hauth is a litigator and trial attorney at Zebersky Payne Shaw Lewenz, LLP, and a member of the firm’s Consumer Litigation and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.

Kimberly represents businesses and individuals in disputes involving complex commercial litigation, consumer litigation, and financial services litigation. With substantial courtroom experience, Kimberly has drafted and argued substantive motions before Circuit and County Courts across Florida, and has worked on interlocutory and certiorari appellate matters before Florida’s Third and Fourth District Court’s of Appeal. Ms. Slaven-Hauth also participates in the firm’s work as outside general counsel for business clients.

Ms. Slaven-Hauth graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was President of Miami Law Women and a Dean’s Fellow with the school’s Academic Achievement Program. A dedicated Miami Hurricane, Kimberly also obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Miami, prior to attending law school.

Before joining Zebersky Payne Shaw Lewenz, LLP, Ms. Slaven-Hauth practiced insurance litigation at a prominent Florida law firm and worked as a CLI with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Division
