Lauren N. Palen is an Associate at Zebersky Payne Shaw Lewenz, LLP, and a member of the firm’s Consumer Litigation and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. She represents businesses and individuals in disputes involving complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, consumer litigation, and financial services litigation. 

Lauren obtained her J.D., cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Board and won the prestigious John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition. An extraordinary writer, Lauren also won Best Brief in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Prior to law school, Lauren obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in  business administration from the University of Florida.
