Zachary D. Ludens is a litigator at Zebersky Payne Shaw Lewenz, LLP, and a member of the firm’s consumer litigation and commercial litigation practice groups.
Zach represents businesses and individuals in disputes involving complex commercial litigation, consumer litigation, and financial services litigation. Zach has substantial experience in both state and federal courts around the country and has served as counsel of record for some of the biggest companies in the United States.
Prior to joining Zebersky Payne Shaw Lewenz, LLP, Zach practiced with both a well-respected national Am Law 200 firm in Miami and a regional Gulf Coast firm in Miami. While at both, Zach gained experience defending some of the biggest financial services and insurance companies in the United States. In addition to that experience, Zach has worked alongside a handful of the country’s most respected criminal defense attorneys, gaining invaluable experience working with these legal lions.
In addition to his litigation experience, Zach has substantial experience representing companies engaged in administrative inquiries before both state and federal regulatory authorities, including both the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission.
Zach obtained his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Zach also holds a master’s degree from the University of Miami as well as bachelor’s degrees from Augustana University and the University of Florida, all with honors.
